That was in the days of my first solo album and I was trying to distance myself from anything to do with Australian Crawl. I only started doing it again recently and I really enjoy it. I play it really fast because we can play it properly now. It sounds great now and I don't change any of the words.

It's a totally different industry. I think it would probably be harder now. It didn't seem difficult at all for us because we just had a band that we were stuffing around with. We never expected it to do anything because we were all doing other things and never took it seriously. I never expected to have a career out of it. It was just a series of small things that started to happen.
